Prodigy's software provides the following pricing schedules and their associated features, enabling maximum flexibility within the pharmacy.
- Unlimited schedules with 15 sliding scales, plus, positive and negative percentages per schedule
- 100 schedules available within each plan
- Competitive schedules
- Copay schedules
- Pricing may be based upon dollars, quantity or days supply.
- Separate schedules for brand drugs, generic drugs or both.
- May indicate cost basis to use: Awp, Direct, Mac, Acquisition, and/or Competitive, plus two special price categories.
- Dispensing fee for generics may be based upon a percentage of the brand fee.
- May specify maximum charge allowed, minimum charge allowed, maximum quantity, maximum days supply and maximum refills allowed.
- Tax (if applicable) may be based upon the cost only of the drug or on the total price including the dispensing fee.
